The Splendid Artisan aims to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days after your payment for your order has been received. (This applies to UK orders.)

We are using 2nd class postage delivery. Your order shall be with you in 2-3 working days after your order has been received, confirmed and payment has been arranged.

We dispatch orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday on the following Monday. We will inform you if we are away on a break and there may be a delay.

The Splendid Artisan will deliver to the address and postcode that you inform us of. And we cannot accept liability for a late or failed delivery to an incorrect address.

There might be a delay in delivery to remote locations. We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.



If you find your parcel/package to be unreasonably damaged upon receipt, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours so that we can arrange for a refund or replacement. After this time period has passed, we can’t accept changes to your order.


Amendments & Cancellations:

You may amend or cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. After this time, we can’t accept changes to your order.
