After your payment for your order has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (within the UK).

Orders are delivered to you using 2nd class postage and aim to be with you in 2-3 working days after your order has been received, confirmed and a payment has been arranged.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We will inform you if we are away on a break. (The Splendid Artisan is a small family run business.)

We aim to deliver to an address and postcode that you inform us of. We cannot accept liability for a late or failed delivery to an incorrect address.

Delivery to remote locations could be delayed. We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.


If you find your parcel/package to be unreasonably damaged upon receipt, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours so that we can arrange for a refund or replacement. This cannot be offered after this time period has passed.


Amendments & Cancellations:

You may amend or cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. After this time changes to your order cannot be accepted.
